We guarantee that your plants will be healthy when you receive them. Also, we guarantee that the plants you have purchased will be the variety specified. If you have any problems with your plants, we are willing to answer any questions you have in order to help you with the situation. We try to price our plants a well as we can for the consumers, and if we were to extend a guarantee, our prices would not be as low as they are.
The hard truth is that at the time of purchase, the money you pay for a plant is paying everyone who has been involved in the care of that plant up to that point in the plant's life. After the purchase, the cost of the plant's care is then in your hands.
Of course - we will stand behind you in this situation. It is possible that if you purchase a plant in the winter, it could be unhealthy and we have no way of knowing.
